Changing the Way We Eat: TEDx

On February 16, 2013, The Glynwood Institute for Sustainable Food and Farming will be the lead sponsor for the third annual TEDxManhattan, “Changing the Way We Eat,” a full day of talks exploring the state of our food system and our progress toward sustainability. TEDxManhattan 2013 will build on what we covered in the 2012 and 2011 talks.

The conference will be webcast live from New York City (roughly 10:30 AM – 6 PM EST) to provide access to viewers worldwide. Individuals, groups, and organizations are encouraged to host viewing parties of the event. This year, Slow Food Vermont, Slow Food UVM and The Food Systems Spire at UVM will be hosting the viewing party for Burlington! We hope you will drop in anytime during the day!
